Amazing room view and comfortable bed. In the heart of the city, close to all the touristic attractions. You can reach the central square within 10 minutes of walking. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room and offered us a bottle of champagne.

The shower drain was clogged, and the water took a long time to drain. We tried to call the reception, but the phone wasn't working.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. For dinner we chose Cicciolina, that was 400 feet from the hotel...

    Nothing it was perfect.

Great complementary breakfast, comfortable beds. Conveniently located near a main square with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and accommodating, offering tips on local attractions.

The noise level from the street and neighboring buildings was noticeable. There was also some construction going on nearby that disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Located in a great neighborhood, only minutes away from the center of Cusco, Second Home Cusco provides a convenient and accessible base for exploring the city. the comfortable rooms offer a cozy atmosphere, and the clean bathrooms provide a pleasant experience. the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay, and the delicious breakfasts are a great way to start the day. the hotel's location on a hill offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.

While the hotel offers a delightful experience overall, some guests may find the portable heating inadequate during colder nights.
